You can change your mind…

Hoterway can be returned within 30 days if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. For your return, the Hoterway has to be in perfect working condition and without any physical damage. In other words, the Hoterway has to be fit for resale.

To return your Hoterway, you should come to our facility with the product in its original packaging along with all the components you purchased with your order (thermostatic mixer, shower heads, etc.) and the original invoice. If you are unable to come to our facility, you should either send us your Hoterway (in its original box with all components and invoice) by carrier or contact us to arrange collection of the Hoterway from your home (collection and shipping costs to be borne by the customer).

In order to ensure that Hoterway is in full condition to be refunded and resold, the technical team will test the Hoterway and all of its components within 72 hours. After this period, if the Hoterway is ready for return, the refund will be made using the same method of payment with which the customer purchased it.

To request the return of your equipment, you must send an email to info@heaboo.com, requesting the return and the reason, and attaching photos or videos if necessary to prove the problem identified.

You can return it when …

If there are problems related to the thermal performance of the Hoterway batteries or battery defects that influence the performance of the equipment.

Prior to the return of the Hoterway, the technical team is obligated to provide all necessary assistance, including the exchange of equipment, in order to resolve the problems identified.

To return your Hoterway, you must come to our facility with the product in its original packaging along with all the components you purchased with your order (thermostatic mixer, shower heads, etc.) and the original invoice. If you are unable to come to our facility, you should either send us your Hoterway (in the original box with all components and invoice) by carrier or contact us to arrange collection of the Hoterway from your home (collection and transportation costs to be borne by the customer).

If the team is unable to solve the problem and the Hoterway is not working as it should, we will refund the amount paid and the return can be made at no cost to the customer (delivered to the premises of Heaboo or pickup/shipping by carrier at our expense).

If any of the components are defective…

In case any of the components of the product are defective – for example the mixer, shower head, etc – your complaint must be made within 15 days to ensure that you do not incur any shipping costs for the components.

You will have to report the defect to Hoterway, by phone/email where you should expose the problem along with photos or videos of the occurrence that may help in claiming the defective components from the suppliers. If, within these 15 days, a new component is sent to you for exchange, you must send the defective component back to Heaboo (via courier or carrier).

If the 15 days for complaint have passed, you can still claim the defective components and receive new components to exchange, however all exchanges / shipments of new components or components with defects are borne by the customer.
